Hi Chris are these wheels able to have the lips or face polished after purchase ? Are the wheels powder coated or painted ?

The wheels are painted. We can have the whole wheel polished, but it is not cheap. About $130 each wheel to strip and polish and the billet centercaps would also be $50 each.
