Rare set of Tom's Spirit C3. They were originally 15", now converted to 17" with custom step lips and barrels. Centers were machined for 3 piece conversion and m7 hardware. New gold hardware, 24k gold plated hex nuts, polished lips and candy white centers. new hidden metal valve stems. All new parts, no expenses spared.
