Not 100% sure on this but if your swapping a getrag tranny into it, I have some things for that. But not sure if its the same trans. I have the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, slave cylinder, hard line, ect. I did the swap on my 93 325is but I replaced a lot of the parts.

Just a heads up, its worth it to go with a uuc stage 2 clutch kit (8lb flywheel, M5 clutch, M5 pressure plate). And a rouge engineering octane ssk, tranny mounts, and stainless steel clutch line. If you get all the parts oem its hella more expensive.

o nope im using the zf trans from a 2000 328, and yea i wish i had the cash to get my hands on a uuc setup but since i got and oem flywheel and clutch for 90$ ill live with that for now. But i did get poly mounts for the motor and trans and the braided clutch line. Mostly i think i got 700 in it so far including the price of the transmission, ive been finding really good deals.

good choice. I was going to pick up a zf tranny out of a M3, but the output flange on the drive shaft was 3 bolts instead of 4 like my diff. I invested over $2,000 into the tranny swap alone with every performance part you could get for it lol. It was a awesome choice and I love the way the car is now. Feels like ive done major engine work with all the power you gain from doing the swap. If you have any questions, hit me up. The hardest part for the whole swap was to get the bell housing bolts free, you need to lower the tranny as low as you can then get about 4ft worth of extensions to get to all of them. Defiantly invest in rachet wrenches because I couldn't have done the swap without them. Make sure you replace the starter too. Apparently the automatic starter is longer then the manual one so now everytime I start the car it catches, spins on it for a few seconds, then falls back.

yea i agree with you the hardest part was getting the auto trans off, but i only got 700 in it and the list i put on here is all i need to get it done, And yea i can't wait for it to be done to see how it feels, so far for power i got headers and exhaust, power pulleys, intake with the 3.46 diff from the auto it should be really fun.

                Its fun

I got uuc stg. 2 flywheel/clutch kit, rogue octane ssk, fan delete, bavauto performance coilpacks, evosport pulleys, some shitty cai, 3.91 diff and its has a base tune from turnermotorsports. I can take on sti and evos now. Its amazing, the 3.91 diff helps out a lot haha. I was going to put in s50 cams, 21.5 fuel injectors, better intake, and full exhaust but im afraid my tranny won't hold the power since its known for blowing syncros. Ive put way to much money into it so im happy with the power I have for now. But yeah, its defiantly fun starting it up for the first time and seeing/feeling all your hard work.
