I'm looking to part ways with my air setup. Greg made this for me last winter. It has about 10,000 miles on it total. Never had a single leak, not once. This setup is a straight drop in for your MK4 Golf/GTI trunk. May also work with Jetta's but I've never tried. I can measure it for you if you're interested.
I have never seen anything even close to this. It's a complete, one off setup. Has won a few best air setups at some shows last season, and will be in the April issue of PVW.
-Total air capacity is 7 gallons. (5 gallon lower tank, 2 gallon upper)
-VU4 manifold
-2 SMC water traps
-2 upgraded compressor check valves
-2 Viair 400c compressors
-Polished Aluminum lines
-Fragola hardware
-Powdercoated a two stage color. Titanium under a high gloss metallic.
-Lower tank is held to the base with two EXO mount rings.
-Top tank is "floating" above the lower.
-Air guage is on a quick connect fitting, and I'll throw in a hose with a nozzle on it.
-Compressors are set to 150 PSI.
Couple options for payment:
If you already have a VU4 manifold we can do a trade. I do NOT want to disassemble this setup so you would send me your VU4 manifold and I would send you the setup as-is. That way I would do $1500 + shipping.
As-is with no manifold exchange I want $1800 + shipping.
PayPal only, shipping should be in the neighborhood of $100-175 insured for the full amount.
