I forgot what year Jaguar i got these from but this is a pair of Jaguar Vaden Plas Rear Folding Trays / Tables, however you call them.
Was going to put them on my W210 but its no longer mine and it wont fit my J30's z32 seats.
These have cracks on the resin but the black leather is in great condition and it comes with the top trim which has the oem lights still hooked up so your rear passengers could look at what they are doing.
These mount to the back seat. Perfect for VIP style cars:
