I have a used Media receiver / Headunit for sale for $60 shipped in the USA.
Used for about 1 year on my W210, selling because i upgraded to another unit with HD radio. No box but ill ship it in Kenwood Receiver box.
-Has remote,
-i have the keys to remove from cage
-Bluetooth ready (no need to buy anything to have BT in this receiver)
-Has built in USB line so you can route it anywhere in your car (mine was in my armrest)
