There are numerous holes. UAS uses one template for a lot of cars. I know these also can work on some Chevys and Chryslers.

Do those substitute camber plates?

They are UAS ultra short top hat version for Aerosports. Don't have camber adjustability but will get the front lower by about 1" over a camber plate.
