I've got a pair of 3431e entry level precision turbos, (brand new never run, just sat around since I bought them last year). They cost me just about 650$ each shipped, so I'd be happy with 500 + a bit for shipping (won't charge more than $50 for shipping and I'll work out to get you the best deal, all depends on where you're at).
Turbocharger specs:
57mm inducer compressor wheel
• "E" compressor cover 3.0" inlet/2.0" outlet
• T31, 76 trim turbine wheel
• Turbine housing options:
- T3 .48 with 5 bolt discharge (external wastegate setup)
• 360° journal bearing system
The bearings feel a little loose, but the wheels don't scrape, and after talking to precision to verify, they will tighten up once the turbo see's oil pressure.
I will include the T3 flange.
