a guy off of craigslist in the LA area. i recieved 4" and selling these should fund my 3.5".

Should work. 19" 40 hole flat lips should all be about the same. Bbs and a few others are the only ones I know that are different.

If you could verify for me if they fit DPEs I'd be interested. I can't seem to get an answer myself.
What brand rims are they from?

Flat lips are flat lips pretty much. The lips I ordered recently didn't even have any specs. Rim size, lip size, how many holes, flat or step lip.
That's about it. There are a few anomalies but they're mostly the same. I'm sure they'd fit.
19x2.5 40 hole. As long as your dpe's are 19" and 40 hole.

Could you find out for sure. That sounds a bit high for some little lips.

I've ordered two sets and sold one in the past few weeks. I was charged 42 a set for mine. And as far as I know the lips are too big for USPS. I'll do 135 shipped.
