4x100 to 5x130 adapters wanted

I'm looking for some 4x100 to 5x130 adapters for my RS's to fit on my b14 sentra. 25mm or less would be ideal. I've heard you can use vw adapters and flip the wheel bolts but i'd rather get some adapters that go with my factory studs. Let me know what you've got.
