Dealer said it fits all e46 so it should fit your cupe. Shipping to canada not a problem, but it will be more expensive

Double check if you have the slots for it on E36, my friends doesn't.

Topazkd, as I am lazy to PM you, could you send me a shot of the underside where you have attached the deflector. I fitted mine today and I am not too happy with how it sits at the moment. Sits about 15mm above the roof.
