  • FS: 71" MG MKIII " Midget" *** Nut and Bolt Resto ***

This car was a one owner by my father in-law. Always garage kept, never left South Carolina. I was thinking of keeping it to do tasteful British Racing Heritage mods, but with kids and a lack of room....

This car is in excellent condition, and a blast to drive. 82k original miles. Was restored to its original condition 10 years ago, and babied ever since.

    Con's:
43 year old British Sports Car
Hates the cold weather, but loves the choke
Not made for larger gentleman ( As in much taller than 5'8", and over 220lbs or so )
    The usual British problems.

    Pro's:
43 year old British Sports Car
If its above 60 it will fire right away
    Fits like a glove
Handles great and gets down the road very swiftly.

Here is a link to the local ad: http://greenville.craigslist.org/cto/5529504232.html

I am more than happy to send very detailed photos and or video to any interested parties.

    $7,900 obo

I had a 71 myself. Lowered with some race suspension parts, it was so low and small. Felt like I shouldn't actually be allowed to drive it on the road. It handled awesome, stayed flat as can be through corners.

This car surprises me everytime I drive it. When you consider the hight, the convertible, and the great exhaust symphony these cars make, it's a very visceral experience.
