2009 GTI - BMP
2.0T TSI (CCTA) with 105k miles - runs strong, daily driven reliability
Replacement/Repairs:
-Intake Manifold replaced ~55k miles
-Fuel Injectors (4) replaced ~70k miles
-Battery replaced ~85k miles
-Waterpump replaced ~90k miles
-Both HID Projectors Replaced ~95k miles
-Rear Main Seal and Front Crank Seal Replaced ~100k miles
-Timing Chain Gasket Replaced ~100k miles
-Drive Belt Tensioner/Drive Belt Replaced ~100k miles
-All maintenance done according to VWoA - please inquire with any questions
Modifications:
-Unitronic Stage 1+ tune
-BSH Motor and Tranny Mounts
Chassis/Suspension
Frame rails sectioned 1" to raise the subframe and motor - ALL work done by Hardlines by Swoops out on Long Island
-Unibody sectioned in all six mounting locations
-Frame is notched for both axles and both tie rods
-Custom Motor/Tranny spacers to raise the motor with the subframe
-New grade 8 steel hardware used everywhere
***THIS CAR LAYS UNIBODY FRAME RAIL WITH ~1/8" SUBFRAME CLEARANCE when aired out***
-Airlift Performance struts up front with ~15k miles
-SS5 bags out back with custom D-Cups
-Brand new Koni Yellow struts in the rear
-Manual management with paddle valves and gauges located where the ashtray used to be
-Ask about any specifics and I will gladly provide you with any information regarding my setup
Exterior
-Paint 7/10
-Euro lip
Cons
-Small paint chip along the rockers where the door opens due to not having fender liners, both sides
-Rear bumper has a faded textured spot on the drivers side
-Front fenders have rubbed the wheels and are a little wavy. Can be worked to get them straight - no creases/rust or anything. Drivers side fender is primered.
