For sale is my E34 1989 535i sedan. It is one of the few and far between 5-speed manual transmission models.
It is a running and driving car, however when I was cleaning it last week I left it idling in my driveway and the battery slowly lost its charge and died out on me, so it needs to be rejuvenated. The alternator is fine. There were no check engine lights last time it was running.
As the pictures show the car has been sitting in the sun and the paint has oxidized and faded a bit, however the whole car is basically rust free (one or two tiny spots). There are two 1.5" long tears side by side in the drivers seat but other than that the interior is clean; the car has been wired for subs and upgraded speakers.
The car chassis has ~240k on it however the body panels are in good shape, it's just the paint and the fuel tank door/cover that needs to be refreshed/replaced. (I have the fuel door cover and its in good condition, apparently it's a 15-20min DIY job I just haven't gotten around to it). There is a minor dent on the passenger door. According to the previous owner the engine was replaced and the new one has about 100k on it, and overall it's very clean.
I have receipts of some of the work done, including a brand new gas tank, regular servicing, etc.
At some point the car had been tastefully modified with aftermarket skirts, momo race steering wheel, clutch + pedals. Sits on aftermarket black rims.
This car could be easily freshened up for a solid daily. The buyer would need to get it towed/shipped on their coin. The interior is full black leather with red leather accents.
