While it looks very presentable this is a 22 year old car that hasn’t been hidden in a garage. There are exterior flaws and the roof is plastidipped black over some aging previous body work (it looks like the hood may have flew up at some point). The front bumper and side skirts are dull and a slightly different shade of blue. The interior presents very well and even has cup holders, however the headliner is typically sagging and the driver’s door panel has a few capped screws holding it on. See photos for details of imperfections.
I have spent more time than I care to remember in recent months getting this car to a solid and reliable mechanical state. It is running and driving very well and I intend to drive it every day until it finds a new owner. This is not a perfect example but it is a well sorted car with some tasteful upgrades and a lot of frustrating maintenance just completed. You will surely find a cheaper car and you will find one in better cosmetic shape. However if you are looking for a well sorted car that isn’t falling apart inside, isn't rusting away and is ready to be driven- This is it.
A few flaws that I haven't addressed: The emergency brake is weak. I noticed that one side has missing pieces so only the drivers side is functional. I have sourced replacement pieces but I have not yet installed. SRS light is on, I have not looked into why.
The price is firm at $3500. I am not interested in trades and I am in no rush to sell.
The car is located in Denver, PA 17517. It is sold 100% as is, where is. I encourage you to thoroughly inspect the car yourself (you are welcome to do this in my garage) and take it on an extensive test drive.
