  • 1992 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 (Amazon Green)

    Hello Stanceworks,

I’ve decided to put my 964 for sale. The car was sold new in California in the summer of 1992. For the majority of it’s life the car was on the west coast up until 2006 when it was sold to an attorney in Massachusetts. Currently located on Long Island, New York.

When I decided to mod this car I wanted to use the highest quality parts available, I didn't want to do anything over the top with this car, just wanted a nice clean 964 with rare and highest quality parts. I have never tracked the car and to my knowledge the car has never been tracked.

The motor and transmission received a complete overhaul completely rebuilt at Jerry Woods Enterprises in Campbell, California at 185,554. Currently the car has 188,193. About 3,000 miles on the rebuilt motor/transmission. The car drives like new, a time machine back to 1992.

    Leak Down
    1 2% 4 2%
    2 3% 5 4%
    3 3% 6 3%

    Compression
    1 200 4 210
    2 200 5 210
    3 210 6 210

Regarding the mods, I lowered the car on KW Variant 3 suspension, BBS E88 wheels 18x8.5 ET48 18x10 ET42 (First ever set built to these specs), full custom exhaust, front bumper and rear bumper were resprayed (besides the bumpers the car is all original paint), front bumper shaved for cleaner look on the front end, Cultwerks air ducts (color matched), clear corner signals. Interior I planned on keeping fairly stock because it is in impeccable condition for a car that is 23 years old. All I added was an original Momo Porsche Design Steering Wheel (1 of 450 ever built) last steering wheel designed by Mr. Ferry Porsche before his passing.

*All modifications below have less then 1,500 miles on them.

    KW Variant 3 Suspension
BBS E88 wheels 18x8.5 ET48 18x10 ET42 (First ever set built to these specs)
[BBS Custom adapters, OEM Blue BBS caps, Japan imported (first ever on E88 wheel)]
    Hankook V12 tires 225 / 265
Full Custom Exhaust (car will come with OEM stock exhaust)
Momo Porsche Design Steering Wheel (1 of 450 ever built)
    Shaved Front Bumper
    Respray Front and Rear Bumper
    CultWerks Air Ducts
Clear Fog Corners (car will come with OEM orange corners)
    Drilled Air Box
    Brad Penn Oil 10w40

I’d like to mention there was a "fender bender” at my local Equinox gym last year by a gentlemen who was way too old to be behind a wheel nevertheless a gym however, it went through insurance and it’s under the car fax now. No dents, just scratches on my bumper from his paint. The majority of it came out with some elbow grease but I decided to respray the rear bumper and shave the license plate bracket/respray the front bumper at the same time for a cleaner look (attached images). This is were my OCD kicked in as I like keeping my cars perfect. Besides the bumpers the entire car has original paint.

The car will come will all original parts. 16" stock wheels with Michelin tires, OEM exhaust, OEM steering wheel, OEM suspension, OEM orange corners.

I’m very sad to see this car go, it’s always been a car I’ve wanted to own however, I want to see what other Porsches have to offer. Currently looking for a 997.1 GT3.

    Thanks for looking!

Located in Great Neck, NY. (Long Island)

    Price $47,500
