Quick wash last weekend and some more pictures to add to the posting. It will get an interior detail this week - this is it's "dirty" state, and an oil change sometime soon as it's almost at 118,000 miles depending on how much I ride the motorcycle to work this week.

To answer all of the repeat questions:

1.) Car was dealer maintained until 89k, large stack of receipts from other owners plus me from then until now in folder. I can give you my cost spreadsheet as well after you buy to show you how good of a deal you just got :banghead:
2.) No the wheels don't rub at this height, you can see in some of the pictures there's actually quite a bit of room to ride.
3.) For exhaust sound clips check YouTube for B6 or B7 S4 with Stasis catback and piggies aka gutted downpipes. I don't have anything with good enough sound quality recording to share.
4.) The car needs NOTHING at the moment until the oil change at 118k, filter is included if it doesn't get there by then. It's ready to go.
5.) Yes I can lower the price - $400 if I take the Stasis exhaust off and replace with stock - $500 if I keep the 19" wheel and tire set - $300 if I keep the 18" wheel and tire set. Take or leave all of the extra/stock/spare parts, it's not worth it to me to sell them off so they go with the car and I will not lower the price if you don't take them. Lots of good stuff, can't remember it all, incomprehensive list below.

    Spare parts list:
Stock exhaust, maf boot, springs, and shift knob. New set of spare valve cover gaskets (planned on powdercoating the valve covers at some point, plus it already has new gaskets installed too) fuel tank gaskets, serpentine belt and pulleys, B6 caliper clips with s4 emblems, various spare CV boots and clips/grease/axle bolts.
