I cannot believe i'm doing this, but in my current situation it just doesn't make any sense to own the car anymore. The car is located in Lancaster PA, however i am in the USMC and am stationed in hawaii for the next 4 years, so my father (owner of Suburban Auto Sales in Cochranville) has been taking care the car for me since i joined. Its a gorgeous coupe and one of the cleanest original examples i've seen, period. The car has 145,000 miles. I'll start with
Maintenance:
Brand new timing belt, water pump, head gaskets (cometic metal gaskets) brakes, rear axles, rear wheel bearings, radiator, clutch flywheel and a kartboy pitch stop.
Engine/exhaust: Stock engine, exhaust wise it has borla headers, a tusdo track pipe, and a custom 2.5" cat back with one resonator. Its ungodly loud but i love it.
Exterior: Converted the front bumper to a facelift 99-01 bumper with the big fogs and a jdm lightweight front bumper beam, fogs are tinted with yellow overlays, has depo glass lens clear headlights with black housings, depo clear corners, depo marker and indicator lights and depo fender turn signals. It DID have jdm tail lights but these will NOT be included with the sale. Rally armor mudflaps with red logos.
Wheels/tires: Brand new tires 215/40/17 on FULLY polished Fifteen52 tarmac wheels that measure out to 17x9+30 all around.
Interior: JDM V5 wrx front seats with 03 wrx rears, wink 5 panel rally mirror, jvc head unit, upgraded door speakers and rear deck speakers, and has a kartboy short shifter and black "STI" floor mats.
Suspension: Custom ordered Fortune Auto 500 coilovers with shortened shock bodies and upgraded bearings, 8k front 6k rear spring rates, rides VERY well, also has camber plates front and rear with camber bolts in the rear. Car can sit on the GROUND if desired. Rear swaybar was removed when i was sitting lower than it is currently because there were clearance issues, don't really need it but i'll include it in the sale its an adjustable whiteline unit.
Wait for it, best part, NO RUST. Yeah again NO. STUPID. GC8 RUST.
Everything works, everything is solid, its a fantastic car and i **** that i'm selling it, but its a burden on my family and a monetize-able asset for me. I could be forgetting a few things, but one thing i'll say is EVERYTHING maintenance or modification wise has less than 1000 miles on it. Car is very refreshed. For extra money i can include a jdm rear bumper with the lightweight beam, with the rear spats, and the front and rear jdm aero guards. The side skirts are currently removed because i was going to have them paint matched but didnt. Price is NEGOTIABLE at 7000$ as it sits, the price can drop by removing things like the wheels, the seats, etc. I don't feel like this is an unreasonable price given how exceptionally clean, and well maintained the car is, as well as it having no rust and is completely up to date on maintenance.
