  • FS: 2010 Audi S4 (B8) APR Stage 2 $28,000 (SLC, UT)

    FOR SALE:
    2010 Audi S4 (B8 Chassis)
    PRICE: $28,000 OBO
    PRICE DROP: $27,000
MILEAGE: 90,XXX miles (I don’t drive the car very often so it wont go up much)
TITLE: Clean title (I have the CarFax from when I bought it a few months ago, I am the 3rd owner)

    WHY AM I SELLING?
Well I bought the car to use on the daily basis, but I have found a home, which I plan to purchase. I cannot afford a mortgage and a car payment so this unfortunately has to go.

    HISTORY/SERVICE:
I will not lie to you and say it has never been over 4k rpm. I bought it for its performance, as does everyone who buys a performance sedan. However I can promise you it has been looked after. The original owner (who put on most of the miles) had it serviced at an Audi dealership in New Mexico, it was then sold at auction to Mid-Night Euro in Layton who specialize in high-end European cars. An employee of theirs bought this car, and then I bought it from him. I had the car inspected again before I purchased it by mid-night euro. I also had it looked over by my mechanic when he did safety and emissions, just to double check, and everything checked out.

The B8 S4 is when Audi switched from the troublesome 4.2 V8 to the supercharged 3.0 V6. The only issues these motors have, is the water-pump in early models, which has been replaced in this car (I have receipts).

The car will need an oil change in a few thousand miles (New Audi’s do these 10k mile oil change routine).

    SPECS:
This is a prestige package S4, with all the options. So it has the following:
    Navigation
    DSG transmission
    Bang and Olufsen sound system
    2-tone leather interior
    Sport package
    Rear climate control
    Back-up Camera
    Parking sensors
    Sunroof
    Ipod hookup
    and so on

    UPGRADES:
APR Stage 2 engine mapping (can switch back to OEM or stage 1, I have the manual)
    $1299.00 (link: http://www.goapr.com/products/ecu_up...tfsi_b8s4.html)
    APR Upgraded supercharger pulley
    $549.99 (link: http://www.goapr.com/products/pulley_30tfsi.html)
Roc-Euro Intake (so you actually hear the supercharger, but still a quiet car. I have uninstalled it right now, but can reinstall if you want.)
    $349.00 (link: http://roc-euro.com/intake-system-fo...-platform.html)
MIRO STP-3 with spacers & newer tires
    $1099 (link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/161397935534?lpid=82)

This is just shy of $3,300 in upgrades

The go faster bits really have turned this car into something special. I mean a standard S4 is no slouch, but with some simple upgrades it has taken it to a new level. This is one of the quickest cars I have owned, and yet it retains its civilized comfortable characteristics when you don’t have your right foot buried in the carpet.

    THE BAD:
    1. The dash piece on the passenger side is cracked. I have no idea how, it was like this when I purchased the car, but I priced it out and it’s a $600 part and 10 weeks out shipping, I also read that if you miss-install it you can trigger the passenger air bag light. Kind of scared me off from replacing it.

    2. The mileage obviously and the wear and tear that come with it, The car is solid mechanically.
There are obviously a few door dings here and there (probably $150 to have them pulled professionally), as well as some marks on the drivers seat, but aside from this there are a couple minor imperfection on the car, that I will be more than happy to show you when you come look at the car (things like a cloudy fog light on driver-side, I believe a replacement is around $80)

The Nada guidelines for this car (this is how banks determine what they are prepared to loan on vehicles)
    Clean Trade-In: $28,675
    Clean Retail: 32,025 (link: http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2010/...restige/Values)

With all this being said I feel my asking price of $28,000 is fair.

Please no Joy rides, or wasting my time.

    Thanks,
    Kyle
