Fully build Honda Ruckus GY6 swap - 0 Miles on it COMPLETELY NEW

The Ruckus is currently located and plated in Montreal Qc Canada. I can deliver it anywhere from 100 miles from Champlain NY 12919. I will bring it across the border and I do have the registration in hand, I can help you with shipping, but shipping fees are at buyer expenses.
The Ruckus has 0 miles on it, the build just been completed, it was taken around the block a few times and thats it. Everything is functionnal and completly brand new. I’m also giving a box with a bunch of parts and also a brand new rear wheel, same size as the current one. Only things that would be needed would be a horn (wires are ready to be hooked and are identified) and a plate frame.
