I have a 1990 turbo miata. Runs very well, with a t3 setup I pieced together. Conservatively estimated @ ~190-200hp at 8psi.
Car is in excellent condition for a new england miata - really only needs wheels of you choice and a tiny bit of tlc.
CONS:
Paint isn't the best (pictures make it look better), rust bubbles on the rear quarters (typical in new england).
Exhaust rattles a bit when cold and on deceleration. Easy fix, one of the mounts in the back just needs to be moved further away from the subframe. (I can demonstrate/show in person.)

Soft top is in excellent shape with no rips or tears
Carpet is very clean
All plastics are 9/10 with no cracks
Carpet has been trimmed to hit the rollbar and looks excellent.

'99 NB 1.8 torsen rear end, axles, and stubs ($600)
Rear control arms and subframe were removed for the rear end installation and replaced with low mileage '99 NB replacements from an AZ car with no rust ($300)
'99 NB 1.8 brake upgrade - calipers, caliper brackets, rotors, and pads ($300)
Full vbanded 2.5" downpipe, magnaflow exhaust - muffler, resonator, and cat (SUPER QUIET for street driving) ($350)
Parts not installed yet but included:
Delrin solid motor mounts
Toyota coil on plug (COP) conversions parts
Electronic boost controller solenoid from megasquirt
Maintenance done in the past 3 months:
New Timing belt and water pump
New Front cam seals
New tierods
New front main seal
New rear main seal
All fluids changed - trans/oil/diff/coolant
New accessory belts
The car pulls very hard and is very smooth. The fuel maps are solid and i've driven the car in cold and hot weather. The transmission shifts like butter.
Car must be seen to be appreciated. This wasn't built by an amateur - I've been a mechanic for over 10 years.
Clean title.
