1985 535i 5-Speed with 72,000 box A miles clean title

I just put a ton of money into repairing everything on this rare e28 but now I'm buying a house and need the money.
AC works
Cruise works
OBC works
Radio works
All windows work*
Door locks work**
Absolutely no leaks
New brake calipers
Brembo rotors with 80%
Euro headlights !!
LSD !!
Tucked bumper
Zender side skirts !!
Shadowline taillights !!
Miller MAF !!
AC reps
Koni shocks
New ignition lock cylinder
New control arms
Valve cover gasket just replaced
Valves adjusted
Leather is in very good shape
Fresh detail
Everything works
Needs nothing to be a great daily driver
Problems are minor things that come with any older car
ie:
Paint is shiny and not peeling but there are imperfections (little dents/chips)
It was not always an Arizona car and it does have a little rust in the rear quarter panel and a few other places that I can see. nothing too major
*You can unlock the door from the drivers side but have to lock it from the passenger.
**Rear windows work but only using the rear switches. They are just old and need to be cleaned. I cleaned the front two and now they work great but haven't done the rear yet.
Could use an alignment
Tires have lots of tread but are old
One of the fuel pumps is going out so you can't let it get below a quarter of a tank of gas
Given what I've put into the car and how rare the color combo is with the low mileage I'm asking $5,500

It's a beautiful car and with a little love could be worth a lot more. I was planning on repairing all the body work and repainting it and installing euro bumpers but now I it's got to go. Someone pick up where I left off please!
