I am considering selling my 1991 318is, car has a CLEAN TITLE, current tags, and passes smog. I used to drive it to work every day. All electrical works including ICE COLD A/C. Runs and drives great. Aftermarket parts are :
- Authentic 16x9 BBS RS wheels !! Low offset with 3 inch step lip. Wheels have been professionally filled, re drilled to 4x100 and re barreled by VR Motoring and fit perfectly with no spacers. There are very few non M e30’s with real RS’s since you could buy a second e30 for the price of these wheels.
- European OEM Bosch smiley headlights
- European OEM front grilles
- European OEM rear license plate filler panel
- European OEM analog clock in dash
- OEM factory BMW ix/is side skirts
- Super rare BMW dealer installed glass sunroof that works perfect and doesn’t leak, with factory decals in the trunk showing it was original to this car
- Sump Armor front oil pan skid plate
- 19 lb. Mustang 4 pintle fuel injectors (new refurbished and flow tested)
- Chipped ECU
- Rear headrests and rear seats have the ski pass
- Pioneer head unit with Bluetooth, Sirius radio and Ipod hook up
- Mtech shift boot, e brake boot and shift knob
- E36 window switches
-- JOM coilovers are currently installed, but the strut cartridges are blown and need replaced, however…
** I am including a set of brand new in the box Megan Euro coil over suspension. Fully adjustable height, dampening control, and front camber plates. I just paid a grand for these.
Right now the oil pan skid plate is 1 ½ inches from the ground. Coilovers can easily be adjusted back up to a normal height if you are into that kind of look…
Since I have owned it I have completely rebuilt the top end of the motor. Car has a new cylinder head with full valve job, new valve guides and valve stem seals, re surfaced and pressure tested. ( I paid over 500 for just the new cyl. head), plus all new gaskets and head bolts, I installed a set of cleaned and flow tested mustang fuel injectors, fixed the “ m42 mess under the intake“, new coolant temp sensor, catalytic converter, muffler, o2 sensor, intake boot etc.. within the past year the car has had a new radiator, fan clutch, timing chain tensioner, ICV, and some other stuff I can’t remember right now. Car runs great, stays cool, idles perfect and gets good gas mileage. There is a lot of money invested into this motor. Gearbox shifts perfectly and the clutch is good.
Body is decent with normal dings and scratches. All vin #‘s on all the panels match. Car has been repainted its original Diamond Schwartz Metallic color but it is not a good quality paint job. Looks better in pics than it really is. Windshield has a crack in it
Interior is good with the exception of the headliner. It needs a new headliner. The dash is very nice, seats and door panels are decent for their age. Overall this is a cool late model one year only 318is with a clean title and some nice parts on it that I paid good money for. I spent a lot of money and time making sure it is mechanically perfect. This is not the typical beat up 3000 dollar e30 with a ugly set of fake wheels. Anything less than my asking price and you will need to bring your own wheels.
