hey stanceworks. im selling or possibly trading my 1988 325is. it has california bar smog approved s52 swap. ive had it for almost 8 years. it has been upgraded in just about every aspect. ive been on top of the maintenace and all parts and fluids used are of top quality. its been garage parked for about 75% of the time ive owned it. it has a few imperfections, but is a jaw dropper from 10 feet and gets a lot of attention. ive used it mostly as a weekend and occasional track car, but recently im down to one car so its been driven more often. i love this car, and id like to sell it to someone who will appreciate it as i have. below are some of the details:
Performance Related:
-1997 s52 motor with approximately 100k miles and obd-1 conversion
-540 maf
-turner performance chip for 540 maf and 21.5 lb injectors
-1997 zf 5 speed transmission with approximately 100k miles. (has slight grind going into 2nd gear on quick shifts, bad syncros)
-3.45 lsd from e24 m6. unknown miles. installed about 10k miles ago
-e36 m3 5 lug swap with z3 rear hubs and brakes in rear, e36 m3 brakes in front. pads may need replacement in semi near future.
-powerflex subframe bushings installed approx 15k ago
-billstein sport struts and shocks. installed approx 17k ago
-h&r race springs. installed approx 15k ago
-bavarian autosport street/race adjustable camber kit front and rear. installed approx 15k ago, currently aligned to spec e30 settings
-remus 540i muffler, it sounds great!
-z3 short shift kit
-yokohama s-drives 225 35 17. with 7k miles
-tuner 17.5mm spacers in front
Cosmetics:
-upgraded to plastic bumpers with euro trim (no side blinkers)
-euro grill
-ellipsoids (shallow crack in passenger high beam)
-ac schnitzer rear apron
-euro tail lights
-IS side skirts
-IS front spoiler
-custom front splitter by ryan gmw
-17 x 7.5 style 5's that i bought new 15k ago (very minor rash on 2 wheels)
-crack free dash
-front IS seats freshly upholstered 15k ago. no tears and very slight wear
-leather shift boot and e-brake boot with m-colored stitching
-custom black headliner
-e36 m3 style side mirrors
-alpine 300 watt 4 channel amp
-upgraded speakers with 6x9's in the back
-alpine deck with ipod connection
