Car currently have 115k miles
Clean title, never been in an accident
I'm trying to buy a house this year and need some money for a down payment

I bought the car in May 2011 bone stock with 101k miles, bought it from my friend who was using it as a daily driver, since I've picked it up I've only put about 15k miles in three years.
The turbo upgrade along with all the supporting mods was done in early 2013.
Car was tuned by Church and did 420whp on e85 and 360whp on 91 (i have the dyno sheet somewhere)
Most parts have about 15k or less miles on them.
