1995 318ti running, driving project. $1750. Read all details please:

Location: Denver, PA 17517.
I picked this car up a few months ago with plans for a swap but time is not on my side these days and I'm tired of moving it around my driveway.
Being a 95' it's OBD1 so it's perfect for a swap and there's no major rust.
And here's a list of the many things that need attention, if you're planning on driving this right away it's just not the car for you.
-Cracked windshield
-There is only about 2 feet of exhaust off of the manifold, no cat, I'll give you a muffler that was given to me with the car.
-Headliner and associated interior are out, I have all pieces. Liner needs recovered
-Door cards are off, but complete and included.
-Both exterior door handles are broken, drivers has been removed and you can open the door.
-Radio bezel is rigged/broken
-Paint is poor, there are rattle can spots where I covered bare filler from the previous owner in various areas. Hood paint is awful.
-Low beams are HIDs and one is burnt out.
-I have noticed oil spots under the car, not huge but it is dripping from somewhere.
-Belt squeal, PS pump is noisy.
-Drivers seat is rough
-Drivers window isn't working, neither is the sunroof.
-Hood latches and release need adjusting, hood doesn't latch or open properly.
-Front bumper is in rough shape
There may be other flaws, I haven't thoroughly gone over the car.
I have only driven this maybe five miles since I brought it home, I'm disclosing as much info as possible here and I'll answer any questions the best that I can.
I will deliver within' a few hours of PA 17517 if the full asking price is met. You come and pay for the car and I'll follow you home with it in tow.
I'm slightly negotiable on the price but I can and will part it out if there isn't much interest at or near the asking price before I find time for that so please don't waste everyone's time with lowball offers.
I'm not overly interested in trades for this, but it never hurts to ask.
