i am selling my full custom cafe racer. you will never see one like this. Gets tons of attention. I'm am really happy how it looks. it started out as a 1983 cb650sc nighthawk. Red bike in photos is picture of when i first got it. and as you can see there is a lot done to the bike
REGISTERED UNTIL AUGUST!
-just put on FRESH carbs this week, runs like a champ!
-replaced the entire wiring harness with OEM harness
-replaced starter solenoid
-brand new rectifier
-deleted air box and has pod filters
-put brand new battery 3 weeks ago
-seat is full customized to hug frame
-rear frame narrowed 1 1/2 inch
- cut of rear frame and customized a rear seat loop, welded
-exhaust heat wrapped from head all the way to muffler
-dual racing mufflers
-deleted speedo and all gauges to clean up
-changed square headlight to round cafe racer light
-chrome headlight bracket
-custom break fluid bracket
-wires tucked under seat and in headlight
-seat is made out of fake leather and is super comfortable
-new petcock
-custom tail light
-replaced oem grips with motocross grips
-clubman bars
I'M SURE I AM FORGETTING THINGS. LOTS DONE
niches:
this is my first cafe racer build so there are things that aren't perfect, little things here and there.
-choke lever broke so i have it routed near the headlight, it is still functional and works well. just don't have the lever
-starter solenoid went out so i just bypass it to start it. its a $20 dollar fix but didn't bug me at all so i just left it. I doubt it will bug you either
-i can't think of anything else. like i said the bike is not perfect, there are little things but overall an AMAZING bike. especially for the price
any questions just ask. ill happily answer
pretty much everything on this bike has been gone through. it is 23k miles and is a great bike. the price is 2900 or best offer.
