Up for sale is my 2000 LS400. The rear brake pads and air filter have recently been replaced, and the oil regularly changed. I have new in the box front pads I can include in the sale, they were at 85% when I checked them 3 weeks ago so I saw no need to replace them. I can provide the VIN for a serious buyer. You can go on Lexus's website, input the Vin and view all of the cars service records.
The car is 14 years old, it does have some small dings and scratches but over all is a very clean car. There is a tiny rust bubble over the passenger rear fender Mechanically it is perfect, shift smooth, and returns around 20mpg city and 24+ highway. The 98+ cars came with the VVTi motor and 5 speed transmission making this a very modern driving, and desirable LS400.
The car does have a very slow power steering leak but it still functions properly, just needs to be topped off every month or so. **FIXED** I have rebuilt the pump and flushed out all the old fluid. I would like to raise the price, but I won't. It is just a little bit less OBO now lol.
Really no cheaper way to get into the updated 98+ LS400s. The car is a blank canvas
