PRICE DROP - $2500 obo
Found my next daily, need to dump this soon.
So I've been on the fence a while about selling this car or keeping it. After a long assessment of my situation I'm just not in a good spot to have two project cars, I sadly came across this at the wrong time and it's far too tempting to build.
Let's start off with the good stuff:
Then of course there's the bad stuff:
That said I'm sure there will be a lot of "Sheesh, isn't that price a bit high?" and the likes, but have you seen the prices on haggard E30's in far worse shape?
I can tell you this, the car is oddly charming and I truly enjoy driving it. I'm often surprised how many looks and nods I get when behind the wheel. I envisioned bagging this like NegativeCamber did, do check out his thread that car is EPIC but having two bagged Bimmers isn't in the cards for me right now. So, on to the photos!
Updated, tossed on some Style 42's

And, here's a shot of this unmolested suspension beast.

So I've been on the fence a while about selling this car or keeping it. After a long assessment of my situation I'm just not in a good spot to have two project cars, I sadly came across this at the wrong time and it's far too tempting to build.
Let's start off with the good stuff:
- 1982 Grey Market E23 (True Euro, not converted)
- M30 3.2L
- Manual Transmission (4-speed, easily upgraded)
- Starts, Goes & Stops
- No catalytic converter's
- Fun German Gauges
- New Battery
- New Intake tubing from BavAuto
- Brand New (not installed) lower front valance
Then of course there's the bad stuff:
- Odometer stopped at 83k, no clue actual mileage
- Has a small exhaust leak
- Interior leaves a lot to be desired
- Small amounts of surface rust (no holes or major spots)
- Paint is weathered, it's 32 years old after all
- Base model (manual everything)
- Broken Passenger door pull from someone trying to steal it from PO
That said I'm sure there will be a lot of "Sheesh, isn't that price a bit high?" and the likes, but have you seen the prices on haggard E30's in far worse shape?
