2006 Mercedes Benz SLK280 SLK 280 SLK300 - $15500 (Yorba Linda CA)
I have a 2006 Mercedes Benz SLK280 that I am listing for a good friend of mine. I have the vehicle in possession but do not hold the title at the moment. Once you are happy with the car we will have all paperwork ready and she will be assist with the purchase of the vehicle.

Let me get the bad issues out of the way first, a battery tipped over inside the passenger footwell area while she went to go get groceries and came back to a mess. She took it strait to a body shop where they put some acid-neutralizer and gotten the carpet cut out to make sure it did not travel beneath the carpet. I have included pictures of the torn carpet. Thankfully the acid did not make it down to the metal but now the car has a piece of carpet torn out. It fits back in perfectly like a puzzle but she wants to be transparent about the sale.
Also the passenger side leather bolster has a bit of a tear from her passenger getting in and out. Nothing big, just a small 2" gash on the side bolster.
The front lip did suffer some damages as her apartment complex has extremely high speedbumps.
The good part and the part you should really focus on.
The vehicle has only been serviced by Mercedes Benz. I have 30+ pages of paperwork and some visits are as little as $10.82 and some in the hundreds of dollars. Oil has always been changed regularly with what Mercedes recommends.
The car has been inspected at my shop to see if there are any other issues and we found two potential issues that the owner might consider fixing in the very near future.
A middle-aged lady owned this vehicle and took great care of it. The engine idles great and the smog certificate proves that the vehicle is in tip-top-shape. It had literally no hydro carbons coming out the tail pipe and NOX value was a complete zero. It has been passed by california standards.
The rear brakes are getting low and will need pads soon. The warning light for this is on and I have inspected the brakes and they are roughly ~20% pad left. No squeaking/grinding/pulsating upon hard braking.
Other than that we did not notice anything that was out of the ordinary for a 70,000mile vehicle that has been regularly maintained at a dealership.
