WTB: Cheap Manual E36 (Ohio)

Just like the title states, I'm looking for a cheaper, running e36 with a manual transmission.
I'll be free to buy once my Evo sells (it will potentially be sold by this weekend).

I'm located in central Ohio, but I'd be willing to drive a decent distance for the right car. As far as price goes I'm looking to spend no more than $3,000.
