Picked up a '66 amazon a few weeks ago with the intention of a resto but other important priorities have to come first, so I cannot give this car the time and work it does need to be awesome.
car has rust bubbles around fenders, trunk lid and hood. It will also need new floors or patching, whoever owned it before i guess tried to do a quick fix and drive it as is.
car was last on the road in 2012 and definitely needs to be gone through mechanically.
It does stop and drive, however I would be hesitant on a long travel trip until the car has been gone through to make sure everything is in order.
as stated in my CL post: i would love to break even on the car, however i am more than willing to hear all offers..
