  • 2004 Mystic Blue on Gray 6spd (NJ)

This is not going to be easy by any means but here it goes.

For sale, is my 2004 Mystic Blue M3. Located in Wayne, NJ.
~120k (Daily so miles will slowly increase)
    6 Speed Manual
    Grey Nappa Leather interior. (7/10)
    Fully loaded except for NAV.

How I want to sell the car:

    As it sits $18k FIRM

    -BC Racing Coilovers ($1k)
-M3AN One Catless Ceramic Coated Headers ($450)
    -Agency Power V2 Muffler ($750)
    -Evolve-R Tune ($720)
-Stock OEM 18's with snow tires

In “stock” form I would like to get $16.5k FIRM

-Stock suspension with Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs installed
    -Stock Muffler
-I will obviously keep the headers and the tune included
    -Stock 18’s

    Here’s the story.

Bought the car in June 2011 with 76k. Used it as a daily for 2 years. Car has been bulletproof. I work in a Parts Dept at my local BMW dealership and since I get parts stupid cheap, I maintain my car very well mechanically and visually. I’ve done so much to this car, its going to really suck selling it. Insurance is starting to catch up to me and I really want to start an E30 project track car.

    Maintenance items:
(77k) OEM Clutch Assembly + Flywheel
    (77k) RTABS + FCAB
    (80k) Fuel Purge Valve
    (85k) Starter
Regular Oil Changes with 10w60. I can honestly say I’ve been bored at work and did oil changes on my cars before they were due because I was simply bored. I can’t even say how many oil changes I’ve done there’s been so many :parrot:
    (85k) Spark Plugs
(90k) CPV + Valve Cover Gasket
    (90k) T-Stat
(99k) Water Pump and belts and tensioner
    (100k) Fuel pump and filter
(100k) Full brake job (centric slotted rotors/aekbono ceramic pads)
(105k) Oil Pan Gasket + Diff and trans fluid flush
    (110k) Coolant temp sensor
    (115k) O2 sensor bank 1 post cat

(I have all service records from 76k and on and have access to all CPO warranty claims). WHOLE VANOS ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED UNDER CPO!

    Flaws:
-Front bumper has 2 cracks which the splitters cover.
-Rear bumper has a few scuffs.
    -Peeling passenger side B pillar
-Side skirt has a scratch in the plastic.
-CSL trunk has a chip (it was there when I bought it)
-When its cold the blower motors squeaks at low fan speeds.
-It has a small oil leak which I have confirmed is the rear main seal. I am still kicking myself for not doing it when I did the clutch and flywheel. I can have it done prior to purchase.
-Right rear PDC sensor is on its way out. PDC sometimes works because of it.

    Interior/exterior goodies:
-OEM center console delete with euro tray
    -Dice iphone 4 hookup
-Colby wheel w/ blue racing stripe
-BMW performance shift kit (330D shift linkage) + performance knob
    -Alcantara boots and ebrake handle
-Khoalty CSL trunk with exposed CF
    -Modbargains CSL diffuser painted
-OEM Amber LED tails and blinkers/sidemarkers

    The good:
Subframe reinforced with Turner Kit and new AKG Poly bushings.
    Vanos replaced under CPO.

The paint is VERY good for its mileage. People don’t believe me when I say it’s a 9 year old car with 120k on it.

The car itself is has been very reliable. CEL has come one TWICE in 2 years and 40k of ownership. Once for a fuel purge valve and a faulty O2 sensor. Car pulls hard and I will not lie, I drive it fairly hard as it was built to be. It has not let me down once. It just recently passed inspection even though it’s catless (thank you Evolve). It will be the hardest thing to watch someone drive away with it. I will hold out for my asking prices because I am in no hurry to sell it. Feel free to PM me with any questions. Not looking for any trades. Thanks for looking.

A few pics. Interior shots will come. It's dark out now.

Why do you think that? What kind of suspension do you have?
