  • Brandons Beloved Bugeye =( Time for an eve 02 AUTO WRX dont shy away !

Up for sale is my 2002 World Rally WRX. I bought the car a year ago on hear from someone who mislead me when I was buying it. There were many quarks with the car when I first bought it that are now fixed. The Timing belt and waterpump needed to be done as I bought it at 112k after getting the car back from having that done I noticed that there was some oil leaking from the valve cover gaskets so it went right back out to the shop to have those replaced at around 113k. I then began to worry if the car had been previously tuned or not, so I set up an apt with precision tuning in Brick NJ and they really did wonders on it. I had brand new Injector Dynamics 850cc injectors installed, the intercooler piping ran properly, the BOV set up the way it should be, and the turbo checked for any leaks, they replaced the oil return line from the turbo. After smoke testing the car there was not one sign of even the slightest vac/boost leak. I had them do a road tune because having an automatic car dynode is almost suicidal for the motor because of the way that the trans downshifts. I had them lower the boost to a very low 16 psi and they estimated it with my set up to be at high 200 whp I did not want a set up that would put stress on the trans or motor but the car could deffinatly run mid 300hp if the boost is turned up. My goal was to have a very reliable car I could just get in and drive and that's exactly what I have hear. The car is a garage queen and only goes to car meets and driven around town. The car turned many heads down at h2o this year, and has always turned heads every wear I went. The top end was just rephrased, when I bought the car and the trans has about 35k on it and was previously replaced at the factory because of factory defects. The car will come with brand new continental DWS tires and brand new front break pads(red stuff) It kills me to have to sell the car but I am looking for a new project, and hoping to get myself into an EVO. Now to the mods:

There are probably many more mods that I am forgetting to add.

    Cons:
    the glovebox handle is broken
small hole in the sparco seat from the nimrods at the tire place.

FYI- despite not having cats the car will pass NJ state inspection and was brought right through the inspection station with no problem. The car previously passed NY state inspection before I bought it. The trans and motor have no problems what so ever. I have put nearly 4k into the car after buying it last year for 9000. The car currently has 116k miles on it and will go up very slowly because I don't drive it to much. The car does not have any check engine lights, and hasn't had one since I bought the car. The car right now runs perfect and is tuned perfectly. I can supply reciepts for all work done to the car wile it was in my posetion. My asking price is

10,000 with out sparco pro 2000 seat, harness bar, harnesses, and spare headers.
11,500 obo with everything I own for the car including the stock seats, and stock center gauges.
