It really pains me to do this, but I just got a job that involves a large amount (1K miles per week) of driving. I also have a real estate investment opportunity with a very short time window, so I figured the time is right to let her go.

That's all I can think of from the top of my head. Current issues:
-Small scratches/dings on front fenders/hood (typical for a 12 year old car).
-Front driver door handle needs a new spring (good excuse to go with RS4 style black handles)
-Rear hatch sensor works intermittently (lights/door ajar sensor only work about 50% of the time)
-Rearview mirror auto-dim fluid is in the center of the mirror (outside 1/4" of the mirror does not auto-dim)
-RS4 bumper has a crack due to a tow truck operator being overzealous when loading the car
-Cupholder does not fully retract
-Small exhaust leak, driver's side clamp needs to be replaced
Recent maintenance (past 5k miles):
-New serpentine belt and tensioner ($75)
-New updated spider hose ($180)
-New PS suction hose ($70)
-New clutch slave cylinder ($70)
-Replacement engine with 125k on it and new timing components (original had 180K miles - chassis has 181.5K)
-New radiator ($150)
-New lower front control arms ($150)
-New inner CV boots on front axle ($100)
-New Denso Iridium spark plugs ($75)
Car comes with a large spares package, including (but not limited to):
-Stock shift linkage/assembly
-Stock intercoolers
-Spare OEM B5 RS4 front beltline trim (one mint, other slightly cracked)
-New Sachs clutch slave cylinder
-Powder coated OEM front calipers
-2 extra intake manifolds (1 old style and one new style)
-6 stock injectors/fuel rail
-Various stock engine parts (viscous fan, etc.)
Car is located in Atlanta, GA. I am happy to do a PPI at buyer's expense at your choice of local shop (both Autobahn Performance and Solo Motorsports are excellent shops if you need a starting point). Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) is approximately 20 minutes from my condo - I'd be happy to pick up buyers from the airport or deliver the car to them at the airport.
