For sale...gotta go. Serious offers will be considered. Trades will be considered.

    $9k obo

It is time to start liquidating a few toys and put together a down payment on a house.

With that in mind I am throwing this out there to gauge interest.

I purchased the car as an unfinished project about a year and a half ago. I mostly finished it up for this years Dubs Along the Rockies where it was awarded best Mk3. I have a real bad habit of buying projects, building them, and then selling them; I guess you could say I have automotive attention deficit disorder.

    The build link is here

There is a lot of information in that build thread and it pretty accurately details the process.

It has come a long way, but still needs a few things to be tip top.

I will not part the car out. I will not entertain lowball offers. The car is not a daily driver. It has no heat. It has no windshield wipers. It has no air conditioning. All could be added back by the new owner, but would require cutting holes back into the firewall and sourcing all the parts including wiring.

I fully understand I will not profit from the sale of this car. If I break even for what I have in parts I would be happy.

Please contact me if you are genuinely interested and have cash. If you have to sell a car to purchase this, please do so before contacting me. I am a pretty busy guy and will do my best to answer questions, however please do not waste my time.

Your opinions of what the car is worth should be kept to yourself unless you are seriously interested in the car in which case please contact me and we will talk.

All that being said, here are some basics and a picture to get things going. The pictures in the build thread should pretty much explain what is going on.
