WTT: 98' 740i E38 -S|W Feature Car- for E36 or E46 M vert

So, I want to trade my E38 for your E36 vert. Preferably a M3 and would also look at E46 M3s. So lets see what you have.

I also have a lot of custom LS1 E38 swap parts I could sell with the car.

Here is the run down:
1998 BMW 740i
Black with Tan interior
154,000 miles
Cruise control
Heated seats
'01 tail lights
7K HID headlights
OEM Msport side skirts
Alpina rep lip
Rain guards
FK Highsport coilovers
New rear upper strut mounts
Front camber plates
Valve cover gaskets and spark plugs done less than 10k miles ago
New drivers side catalytic converter
New O2 sensors upstream
New battery

Will come with 19x10 +25 and 19x11 +10 Fikse Profil 10 wheels you see below. I am waiting on new rear lips to mount them. They will have 225/35 and 255/35 tires
I'm sure I'm missing a few things.

All maintenance has been done by a BMW tech at his shop

The Bad:
Headliner is sagging and stained
Passenger fog light lens busted
A few small door dings and paint imperfections
Few interior stains

... Pretty much all the usual. Car starts right up and runs like a clock. Awesome car all around but wanting something different. The engine bay is really clean and I will get some pics of that and the interior for prospects.
