it was off during the photos, the engine and turbos were just replaced. Bumper is now back on, and car HAS WORKING A/C which is very rare on stage 3 cars.

not to be a dick, but if the wheels are different widths and the tires are the same, then the rolling diameter will not be the same due to the difference in sidewall angle a^2 + b^2 = c^2

You're wrong.

Go into the Wheels and Tires Section and read about rolling diameter with stretched tires. IIRC, these cars can run safely a 3% difference front to rear when it comes to rolling diameter anyways.
