im looking for a subaru, i'm local and yours is clean. but my roommate just paid ~30k in 2011 for his WRB- 5 door with 0 miles on it brand new (ordered). I can't justify the price on yours (even though my tax return dropped this morning) but GLWS anyway

Sure you can buy a new one with 0 miles on it completely stock. Or you can have mine for 26 with over 15k in parts. Basically brand new.

car is extremely clean. Unfortunately 28k wont happen, not because the car isnt worth every penny. But because 05 IS NOT the most desirable year of the STi/STI, most people nowadays dont have that much in cash.

If you can just sell the wheels, bottom line kit, and interior. Also convert the whole motor back to stock. You will definatly sell the car for 20-23 plus all the money back from the mods.

Clean retail is $18k.
I can get this car at auction or through manheim for about 12-15k. If not less. I have the reports for all the recently sold ones.

It maybe worth $30k in your mind, but reality is 1. a bank on loans on actual value or fair market. 2. youre asking a little much for a quick sale. 3. mods dont add value, and if they do it is limited.

Just my .02. I dont see this car selling for much over $20k.

That's your opinion. If you can get it somewhere else for 20k with everything I have go for it. If not please stop posting here.
