  • 1997 Honda Prelude - $6200

    Up for sale is my Nordic Mist Metallic 1997 Honda Prelude Base, the car is 5spd swapped and has 137000 miles on the body and motor, and has roughly 93000 on the trans. I am selling as i want a newer vehicle, the only thing this car needs is a right rear wheel bearing which is starting to make noise on the highway. Car is located in East Hartford, CT

    If the price is right i can add in extra parts that i have including:
    AUDM headlight covers (one has a crack)
    SH rear deck
    Bolt Boys spike hardware for the VC and spark plug cover

    The Good:
    5spd car
    brand new oem spec clutch and flywheel when the swap was done (roughly 8000 miles ago)
    paint is in great shape as well as the interior

    The "Bad":
    No A/C, C/C, or P/S
    Wheel Bearing needs to be replaced
    A dent on the passenger side fender
    No Radio (i can put a stock one back in if you'd like)
    Nothing in the trunk ie no panels or anything

    Exterior

    -OEM optional front lip
    -Base sides painted B83M
    -OEM optional rear lip
    -Replica v2 JDM fogs
    -JDM front bumper (No Side Markers)
    -Honda (Stanley)Retrofitted Headlights with Morimoto Mini's and Gattling gun shrouds
    -99-01 Honeycomb grill with Prelude badge
    -JDM Type S Flushmount Spoiler (hasnt been wired in yet)
    -Tinted Windows (35% on the sides and 20% on the rear windshield
    -OEM tails with the turn signals and reverse area tinted

    Interior

    -Complete JDM Type S Leather and Suede seats with red stitching
    -RSX Steering wheel with DC5R airbag with red H
    -OEM floormats
    -AP1 S2K Cluster (not wired up or in the car yet, all im missing is the speedohealer)
    -USDM door panels painted to look like Type S door panels
    -Battery relocated to trunk

    Wheels/Tires

    -BBS RYII in 17x8 et45f 17x9et45r
    -2 Yokohama s-drive (205/40/17) and 2 Yokohama ES100 (215/40/17)

    Suspension

    -Function and Form Type 1's with OEM top hats

    Engine Bay

    -Original USDM H22a4
    -Base Trans with 93000 miles on it
    -Innovative 75a Motor Mounts
    -Semi-Tucked Harness (some wires have been rerouted and what not)
    -Flash Pearl Metallic powder coated VC
    -Custom Aluminum spark plug cover powder coated to match Flash Pearl Metallic VC

              I'll vouch for this as well coming from the prelude community!! This is a great price for this car and if you are thinking about getting a prelude and doing anything remotely similar you will spend a hell of a lot more $$ starting from stock to get close to this....Trust he's losing $$ on this one!!! good luck with sale.....BUMP 2 the top

                Thanks man. I totally agree it took a hell of a lot more cash than this to make it this way, but that's how it goes. Bump. Offer up! Worst I can say is no!
