FS WV: 1986 BMW 635CSI 5 spd- southern car no rust - $5900

86 635csi with 5 speed transmission. $5900 OBO. Located in Fairmont, WV (about an hour south of pittsburgh, PA)

I'd be interested in hearing about any trades, cars or watches or whatever. Worst I could say is no.

I'm the third owner, I've only had it for ~6 months. I don't have the time to make it the car that I want it to be.

Odometer reads 135k miles but it is not working. The guy I bought it from said it probably has around 144k miles on it.

Car runs good, starts right up but it idles very rough for a minute. Once it warms up it will idle and run fine.


The car is from Savannah, GA and there is no rust on the frame rails underneath. The fender wells are rust free except for one, i think. there's a tiny spot of rust on one of the rear wheel wells. GARAGE KEPT car. All the time. It's in my garage now.


Car is in Fairmont, WV. I frequent the Morgantown and Clarksburg areas as well. If you'd like to take a look at it, feel free to arrange a meeting.

Crazy to see this thread again. My three-year anniversary with this car just passed (purchased in April 2013 and drove it back to VT), and I could never think about selling. It's without a doubt my keeper car. Best of luck with the search!
