5-speed manual with factory limited slip diff.
Power everything (except seats)

car does have a check engine light for an o2 sensor, i have a brand new Bosch o2 sensor but it is not installed yet
Maintenance stuff:
aluminum radiator
newer coolant hoses, expansion tank and water pump
K&N air filter in stock air box
regular oil changes with Mobil1 fully synthetic
newer platinum spark plugs
Brand new Sachs clutch kit (not installed, still in box)
3 spoke steering wheel from 98+ M3
18 button on board computer
VANOS is not making any noise

Raceland Ultimo coilovers (ride height adjustable suspension)
adjustable rear control arms with new control arm bushings
brand new slotted rotors and ceramic pads (not installed, still in box)
Alpine CDA-9855 headunit
Alpine iPhone/iPod connector (charges my iPod but not my iPhone while plugged in)
Alpine 6x9 rear shelf speakers
Euro projector headlights
I have a set of yellow fog lights that aren't currently installed
car came with regular e36 taillights so i replaced them with OEM M3 tails
