  • 2000 BMW M5 For Sale. BC Coilovers, Intakes, Exhaust, UUC, Dinan, Style 95s...

The car needs a new front bumper and a gauge cluster, but it is 100% mechanically sound and runs like a top. It has roughly 190k miles and runs great. According to BMW, the heads and power steering pump were replaced at 75k miles. I personally drove this car all the way back from Pensacola to Orlando with not a single issue. I just replaced the brake master cylinder and brake booster this week. Also serviced the Vanos solenoid.

Could use the following in order to be back to great shape:

-Front bumper (DDM Tuning sells them for $150+ shipping) The current one is cracked but in tact.
-Gauge cluster (pixels are going out, very common issue)

    Modifications are as follows:

    -Dinan stage 2 software
-Cone intake filters (also have stock intakes)
-UUC short shift kit with stainless knob
-Straight piped exhaust with stainless Timmaytips, still has catalytic converters and both o2 sensors (primary o2 sensors were just replaced 2 weeks ago)
-BC Racing BR Spec coilovers with custom spring rates and front camber plates, just installed 2 weeks ago. (also have stock suspension)
    -H&R 20mm spacers
-Gunmetal style 95 square setup (19x10 all the way around) 235/35/19

    Recent maintenance:

    -Spark plugs
-Cam position sensors on bank 2
-Oil, trans fluid and diff fluid changed
-Brake master cylinder and booster replaced and fluid flushed
    -Upstream o2 sensors replaced
-New windshield replaced by Safelite last month
-Just buffed and waxed the car, came out looking great

I picked this car up intending to hold onto it for a long time because I have always wanted one, but going back into the military wasn't exactly planned and now I am just looking to clear some things off my plate before I head out.

Asking $12000 OBO. I will also consider trade offers.

how are the vaons units, have they ever been replaced, or troublesome or upgraded, what did you service, JUST the solenoid?
whats with the trunk, why does it look matte?
is it the original clutch, if not how many miles on the current one?

Any carbon build up? Oil consumption problems?
