this is clean as hell, since i put my 05 altima back to stock, would love to trade for this!
i recently had inspection problems cause of my aftermarket catback Tsudo exhaust, and Megan headers. than i figured out i just had to add an o2 sensor spacer (got one on ebay for $10 shipped) on the o2 sensor thats at the bottom of the car. NOT the one on the headers up top. after i had the check engine light turned off, i drove it for 150 miles, and it passed PA emissions no problems. I recently just hollowed out the second bottom cat also, and still no check engine light. that might be all you need to pass inspection. But then again, im no genius and i have the 2.5 engine. just found this out on the nissanclub.com forums.
good luck with sale though, red SERs are my favorite!
