I am throwing my caddy up for sale/trade for a bike. I bought it off Chris ( banana.phone ) a while back and have done quite a bit of work to it since then.
1981 Caddy from Manitoba, Original paint, solid floors, rockers and strut towers.
UPDATE: I just had the headgasket replaced due to a small leak i noticed. This engine is EXTREMELY healthy. I have a ton of pictures to prove it. Cylinders, pistons and the head are flawless. This is the first diesel cylinder head i have ever seen WITHOUT small cracks in between the valves
-Recently installed healthy mk2 Turbo Diesel engine with 205,000km
-New timing belt 2000km ago
-Boost turned up
-Diesel pump mods have been done = lots o' fuel.. rolls coals like a bawseeee
-New clutch.. right after i won the clutch eater at JJB of course
-Recently installed air ride, All bags are new, 8 valve easy street setup, Viar 450 pump, 3/8" valves/lines = fast up and slam action!
-ATS 13x8 classics with BRAND NEW 175/50/13 tires
-2.5" beer stack with "kettle top"
-HUGE shifter with a REAL pistol grip
-1/2" thick custom hardened steel skid plate, you will NOT break this pan. lay sparks like a champ
-New tail lights
-Mk2 small flairs
-Big duckbill lip
-All bearings, tie rods, ball joints, brakes are nice and tight
-If you do an axle flip with a bit more negative camber.. you will definitely lay the rear bumper on the ground..
5 reasons you should buy this..
1. CHEAP insurance.. insured as a "classic"
2. Amazing fuel economy
3. Pretty rare vehicle
4. Lots of fun to drive
5. Comes with the chick magnet installed
Overall, this truck is solid. The rear driver side quarter panel has seen better days.. i like to call it weight reduction but the floors, rockers and strut towers are in great shape. Heater blows HOT, the truck drives nice and tight. Makes for a nice reliable daily
$5000 or trade for a 2006+ GSXR/CBR/R1/R6
