WTB: stanced/bagged car

In dire need of a car ASAP. looking for anything that is stanced hard and on wheels, bagged would be a plus. My last car was totaled in a hit and run accident and I have to purchase a car as fast as possible since I need a daily. I am looking for anything, anywhere within the price range of $9k-$10,000. Last car was a bagged mkiv 20th gti, but am willing to fly anywhere and look at anything for sale at this point. Would've totally bought off you if you had the wheels still. Cause see insurance is buying me a car, but is taking back the extra money not spent. So won't have extra money to get nice wheels like id want. Unless you sell me it for around 7500 and i can get three piece wheels out of pocket money, then I won't have wheels for it at all. Haha which I can't can't see you doing, but that's the situation im stuck in...

I dont have the time or means at this point in time to build a car like id really like to. Unfortunatley with the accident and insurance i have to buy a car thats already built, I can not piece this one together. Besides id go with a strut bag not coilover.
