  • E36 318i....Touring. From Germany.

Just testing the waters. I think i could give it a try

    Car's a '98 318i Touring. Colour's avus blau.
Car has heated sport seats, windows (also power windows), mirrors and drivers lock. We got the whole M-Package on board including skirts, bumpers, steering wheel, shift knob and headliner. A/C works as it should, so does the engine. Oil was changed everytime the service manual told me. Changed different bushings and installed reinforcement plates in the back. Car has absolutely no rust. Rear-view mirror dims automatically. Brakes are new.

    On to the bad things:
    - there is something wrong with the idle when the engine is cold. Changed air flow sensor, a hose, idling sensor and cleaned the throttle body.
    - car had an accident so it got a new and fresh painted kidney panel, hood, fender driver's side and bumper as well as a new steering gear.

Car is sold on Style 5's measuring 7x15 ET20 all around. I will change the suspension to the normal M-Tech one and probably mount the original radio and exhaust.

    Here we go

Asking $5000+ insured shipping to the US/ wherever you come from.

    Good luck.

I have worked on a decent amount of those engines.

If its not the hoses, or idling sensor, it might be nr1 in this picture.

or number 11 in this picture, were nr1 in the other picture connects to.

you cant import this to America. car is not old enough, in order to import the car has to be 25 years old which makes it exempt from emmisions. thats why you only see 1983-85 land rover defenders that have been imported

the only why to get this here would be in many many many peices and listed as spare parts and not a vehicle. it can get to Canada as they have to be 10 years old..

                  america sucksssssss

as i would buy this just for the body and put my 95 m3 into it

"Motor vehicles not more than 25 years old must conform to the Department of Transportation (DOT) motor vehicle safety standards and emissions"

                  unless iam wrong...idk

Don't think that's true with German cars. They import new bmws all the time at the local dealers.
