  • my NON STANCED but very quick GTI VR6 Turbo

    SOLD
    SOLD
    SOLD

I'm just going to copy and paste the info from my other thread. I know you guys here don't like going fast, rather just looking fast. However if you buy my car, all you would need are wheels and you can have the whole package. Here goes:

First off, I am looking to SELL my '95 GTI VRT, and not looking to trade. I've owned this car for almost 7 years and have put countless hours and dollars into building it and making it unique. I absolutely love this car and it drives amazingly. I've got the boost controller turned up to 18lbs right now and it pulls hard as fuck! It turns heads everywhere I go. The only reason I am selling now is because I feel it's time to move onto another project, hence the reason I don't want to trade. I am motivated to sell but I don't want to get screwed doing so. I can keep this as long as I need to. Anyway, onto the info:

    BODY/EXTERIOR:

    -shaved washer holes
    -shaved roof antenna
    -shaved rear wiper
-custom euro hatch made with a mk2 plate recess

    -ghetto textured side moldings
    -fresh respray in flat white
    -smoked vento e-codes
    -tinted windows
-engine bay cleaned up and stitch welded, painted baby blue

    INTERIOR/STEREO:

    -minty stock party sport seats
    -working heated seats
-custom boost gauge pod in speaker grill
    -polka dot headliner
-polka dot A,B, and C pillars
-white backlit LED AC/Recirc, Rear Defrost, Sunroof, and Window switches
    -white LED cluster lights
-Alpine CD deck with iPod cable
-battery relocated to trunk in an old Army ammo box

    ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN:

-fully rebuilt VR6 using OEM bearings, seals, etc (about 25k on the engine since rebuild)
    -mild cylinder head port&polish
    -8.5:1 compression head gasket
    -ARP head bolts
    -ARP rod bolts
    -APR turbo manifold
    -T3/T4 turbo (from Kinetics kit)
    -custom short runner
    -custom 2.5" aluminum charge piping
    -godspeed intercooler hidden behind bumper
    -Greddy type s BOV
    -4" MAF housing
-C2 motorsports #36 injectors and tuning
-3" downpipe wrapped in black exhaust wrap
-3" stainless steel exhaust, TIG welded, V-banded at the rear beam, no mufflers
-crankcase ventilation into downpipe using slashcut method
    -Flex-A-Lite slim dual fan setup
    -Walbro external fuel pump
    -dash 6 fuel lines
    -black AN fittings
    -034 motorsports fuel rail
    -Paxton adjustable FPR
-ACT 6-puck clutch and pressure plate (good to 450 torque)
    -brand new OEM flywheel
    -custom stainless braided clutch line
    -Dieselgeek short shifter
    -Peloquin LSD
-power steering relocated into inner fender area
    -custom engine grounds

    SUSPENSION/WHEELS/BRAKES:

    -Patec Holeshot series coilovers
    -poly control arm bushings
    -16" Montreal's painted baby blue
-Falken 512's, 215/45R16 with good tread
    -12.1 Audi TT brakes
    -stainless brake lines
    -ECS stainless brake lines

I'm sure there are things that I am missing, and as I remember them I will edit this post.

    THE BAD:

-I had some drivers strut tower rust, it has been patched from the inside of the wheel well as well as welded and smoothed from the engine bay. Very solid now. Can't even tell it was there.
-Power steering is making noise. I don't know if I relocated the bottle too low and there is air getting in the system, or the pump is on its way out. It only makes noise on occasion during low speed turns.
-It's missing a couple end caps on the textured side skirts

    ASKING $8,000 OBO

My number is 513.405.5340. Feel free to call/text to ask questions or meet up.

    PICS:

    THANKS FOR LOOKING!

Super clean... I presume you posted it on SWOV and such? I gotta believe someone in the Cincy/Dayton area would want this.

Yeah I'm on SWOV. Just trying to cover all the bases. I'd rather see it sell out of state, that way I wouldn't see it driving around and get sellers remorse.

As of right now (January 2nd 2012) I am reducing the price of my car to...

                              ...$6500 FIRM without the Longbeaches

This is a first come first serve kinda deal. I will work with any potential buyer to figure out any details, but I will not hold it for anyone. The wheels that come on it are Montreal's, and they have good tread left. See them in the pictures. After driving this in the little bit of snow we got in Cincinnati, I don't want to daily this in the winter.
