WTB in CA: 1969-1971 BMW 2002

looking to start a new project. All you dudes here at Stance|Works really made me realize how much I like BMW. It's time to start something new as my Civic is almost done. Anyways here it goes:

So I'm looking for a BMW 2002 between the years of 1969-1971

- Must be clean title
- Must have VERY little to no rust (I know that's asking a lot)
- Maintenance records are a plus
- Manual transmission
- Body must be straight for the most part (little dings are no biggy as I will fill them anyways).
- Prefer shitty paint condition so I can repaint it
- Clean interior is a plus but not mandatory
- Must be in California
- Must be in good/decent running condition. AKA no blown head gaskets, etc.
- Looking to spend under $3k (maybe a bit more for the right car)

I'm looking for a fun little project. Not necessarily something to fully overhaul, but something I can keep myself busy with.
