Rear fender flares will need epoxy applied to stick them to the body as the shop I went to for the fender pull only used double sided tape and detached a little in certain spots. Should only cost less than $80 for the epoxy. Not a serious fix.
Being a daily driven car, it has the normal wear but has been maintained well. I have the original STI trunk and wing along with a WRX trunk with no wing that I will include as well. Also coming with the car is the stock suspension and stock BBS wheels.
